These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Options 4 Life Inc. ("Options 4 Life," "we," "us"). By using this site or working with us, you agree to them.
What we are
Options 4 Life Inc. is a business funding brokerage. We are not a bank and we are not a direct lender. We arrange financing through third-party funding partners. All financing is subject to approval by the funding partner. Terms, rates, and availability vary by partner and by the strength of the file.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to lend. Products we describe are offered to businesses for commercial purposes and are not consumer loans.
Estimates shown on this site
The funding estimator on our home page is an illustration only. It uses general ranges and does not consider your bank statements, existing positions, industry, or any funding partner's underwriting criteria. It is not an offer, an approval, a pre-qualification, or a commitment to fund, and no result it displays should be relied on as one.
Information you give us
You agree that information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to provide them on behalf of the business. You authorize us to share your file with funding partners for the purpose of obtaining financing offers.
Messaging terms
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining financing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Program. Options 4 Life Inc. sends conversational text messages about your funding file — documents needed, status updates, callback confirmations, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.
- Opt in. You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our funding request form or written application, through our secure merchant portal, or by telling a representative verbally that we may text you. The consent box is never pre-checked.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with activity on your file.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (631) 943-9655.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers. Major U.S. carriers are supported. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or plans.

Fees
We do not charge an application fee. Where we receive compensation from a funding partner in connection with a completed transaction, that compensation is disclosed in the transaction documents you sign with that partner.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or our services to submit false information, to impersonate another person or business, or for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided as is. We do not warrant that any particular financing will be available or approved. Information on this site is general and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Options 4 Life Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with the date it took effect.
