Options 4 Life Inc. ("Options 4 Life," "we," "us") helps small businesses obtain financing. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need to evaluate and place a funding request:
- Business information — legal and trade name, address, industry, time in business, and entity details.
- Owner contact information — name, business phone number, mobile number, and email address.
- Financial information — business bank statements, revenue, existing financing obligations, and, where a funding partner requires it, credit information.
- Documents you upload — statements, applications, and other files you send us through our secure portal or by email.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs when you visit this site.
How we use it
- To evaluate your request and identify funding partners whose criteria your file meets.
- To submit your file to those funding partners, with your authorization.
- To communicate with you about your file by phone, email, and text message.
- To meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information collected for the purpose of sending you text messages is used solely to communicate with you about your funding file.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our funding request form, on our written application, through our secure merchant portal, or by telling a representative verbally that we may text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining financing, and the consent box is never pre-checked.
What we text you about
Messages relate to your file only: documents we still need, status updates, appointment or callback confirmations, and replies to questions you have asked us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Frequency, cost, and opting out
- Message frequency varies depending on the activity on your file.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (631) 943-9655.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We share your information only in these situations:
- Funding partners — when you authorize us to submit your file, we send the information those partners need to underwrite it. We do not send your mobile messaging consent to them.
- Service providers — vendors who operate our systems on our behalf (for example, secure document storage, email delivery, and messaging infrastructure). They may use your information only to provide those services to us, and never for their own marketing.
- Legal requirements — when we are required by law, subpoena, or regulation to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with data brokers or lead resellers.
How we protect it
Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that limit them to the people working on your file. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal obligations.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling or emailing.

Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date at the top.
